Birthday Card using Epic Day DSP and Clay Roses

Hope you like this birthday card, using the Epic Day DSP left overs. The card is made in crumb cake.

I have had great fun making my own coloured clay roses.. New in the catalogue.. Watch this space for detail of how to make and ink them.

I used the stitching tool and the flower die, glitter brads and glue dots to stick down the clay roses, the leaf was punched out from basic grey using the owl punch, and the ink was sprayed across the top corner using the matching pen.

Happy birthday stamped cut out with matching new punch

Finished with some twine and a mini safety pin with pearls.

Thanks for stopping by!

Epic Day This & That Box Frame

I had some DSP paper and stickers from my This and That Epic Day bundle and made a quick box frame as a graduation present for my niece... Easy to do when using stickers and squares cut at 4x4cm with a whisper white frame.

Loved the wording "just a theory"

Great life messages... In a subtle way
I stamped the words LOVE, made bunting...

Even encouraged her to go around the world. Here There Everywhere...
I did ink around the edges in crumb cake just to give some definition.
I added only a few trinkets, some twine, rhinestones and some of the new clips.

Hope you like it.

Thanks for stopping by.

Box frame pictures from last weeks class.

Everyone was given hearts punched out from Be of Good Cheer DSP
Also backing paper from the pack, card was selected to mount the frame.

Debbie very happy with her project.....

Linda planning her design....

Debbie's frames using lucky limeade card

Linda's frame using Cherry Cobbler card.

Jill's frame using gum ball green card.

Vicky's frame using basic grey card.

The hearts were glued into 3D hearts, inked using basic grey, cherry cobbler, lucky limeade and baja breeze. As you can see everyone put there own spin on the original design I used. It's great how beginners start to be creative when they have the time. Thanks ladies we had a great afternoon I was inspired.

If you want to join me at the next class please call as places are limited.

See you soon
