Mini Milk Carton

These are some of the ideas using the milk carton die from the Mini Catalogue. Great for wedding favours, or that special gift.
Oh and the flower die!

This is a Double Box, covered in the fab DSP papers from the Main Catalogue. I cut these on the die to fit perfectly, you do have to match the pattern to the box shape.
The scallop topper works well to hold it together and the ribbon was tied in a sweetie bow.

Butterfly Houses

I made 20 butterfly houses for the Bicester training day, I used the "in colours" collection, matching level one hostesses papers and the mini butterfly embossing die to decorate the new mini milk carton all fount in the mini catalogue. I had a fab day thanks Michelle, and also big thank you to all the demonstrators and customers who made me feel so welcome. :)

The Book Marks

I have seen bookmarks made using the new flower die in the mini catalogue, but could not wait for it to arrive so I have made my own version of the flower using the butterfly punch which is really effective.

You can embellish with keys, string or stamp any sentiment.
I made the red one for a friend, so made up a bag to match.

Close ups

Small cards and handmade envelopes

Following Michelle's mini book at the last training I made a get well card for mum and also designed an envelope. The best way to do this is to measure your card, double the height and add 3.5cm and add 2cm = 1cm either side to make the flaps to fold in and cut down from the top, corner the edges. You will need to position your card before making the folds and cutting. Cover in designer paper (I made a band that moved up to close the envelope) or stamp to embellish. Hope you like it!

Finished Card NO1

My final test then I hope to let the world see what I am up to!

The thank you card is for a good friend Sarah, using one of the sale-a-bration stamp set, "Bliss" and the "Curly Cute" sentiments from the main catalogue. Hope this gives you some ideas of what to do with the sets you have.

Just getting started!

Inking an embossed image to make this thank you card background. Having great fun!
