Flowers

I just love these flowers made using the Big Shot and the Flower Daisies Die, they look so real when on the table, this 'close up' shows you what the back looks like. I attached the back using a circle scallop cut down with a glue dot on the end of a skewer inked in Old Olive ink.

I have used Real Red, Chocolate Chip, and Old Olive Card Stock with Tombo Glue and I also inked the edges of the petals just give some depth.

Some flowers were curled up and some down to give some movement. The middle was made from the circle in the same Die and one row of petals cut short.
What do you think? Hope you like it Dawn x

Christmas Delightful Decorations

I have just been out shopping and found a few bargains in the sales I wanted to post this before I fall asleep for the rest of the afternoon! So this was Card No3 which we made on Monday night.

I love the embossing highlighted with Old Olive. The label punch is so versatile I extended it to border the two edges. We used the Ornement punch to make the cut out.

The gold twine was wrapped around before sticking down the Card
We stamped the two baubles and punched them out, positioning them from the front onto the inside.

Card- Very Vanilla and Old Olive, Real Red and Pumpkin Pie
Punch- Ornament Punch and Large Label Punch, Bird Punch for leaves and Owl Punch for the berries
Embellishments- Gold elastic twine, Pearls and Dimentionals
Stamps- Curly Cute and Delightful Decorations.
Embossing folder and Big Shot

Let me know if you like it?

Card No4 tomorrow so don't forget Check it out.

Christmas Card made simple for volume

Card No 2

I designed this to make it easy to make a larger numbers, simple stamping and punching but still effective.

We embossed the Whisper White card and Night of Navy card topper with the poker dots embossing folder using the big shots to look like snow.

Using the small stamps from the Christmas Ornament Stamp set and the Boho Blossom punch. This was a great way to use up scraps of Whisper White to punch the snowflakes.

The silver elastic twine looks great and is fab value 22.8m for just £3.95. We also added Rhinestones to give it a sparkle.

It's nice to stamp the envelope and inside the card as well. What do you think?

Hope you like it! Dawn x
